論秘書(shū)人員的參謀職能

摘   要

秘書(shū)的參謀作用是秘書(shū)工作的基本職能,但在現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)中,人們對(duì)這1職能并未予以充分的認(rèn)知與肯定,隨著現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)的日趨復(fù)雜。秘書(shū)參謀助手職能的充分發(fā)揮,直接影響著秘書(shū)工作服務(wù)的層次與領(lǐng)域。因此,本課題針對(duì)秘書(shū)參謀職能的特點(diǎn)、作用及發(fā)揮參謀職能的技巧等做出了較清楚、全面的闡述，有助于更清晰、正確的認(rèn)識(shí)秘書(shū)的參謀職能，具有相當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

ABSTRACT

    The secretarial staff officer function is a basic working talent in secretary work, but in modern led activity, people did not give the sufficient perception and affirmative to this working, leading along with modern activity gradually complicated. Secretary staff officer assistants working talent develops well, the level of structure that affect the directly and realm of the  secretary  work  service. Therefore, this lesson a characteristics, function for aiming at secretary staff officer working talent and performance method etc. did than clarity, expatiate completely, it is beneficial for the secretarial staff officer in clearer and right cognition working talent, and have the very realistic meaning.
