　　說(shuō)明

　　求職信一般都兩種，一種是針對(duì)投行，咨詢，會(huì)計(jì)，律師所等專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的求職信，另外一種是針對(duì)MT跟ST的求職信，本文只適用于后者，特此說(shuō)明。

　　求職信的作用

　　可以幫助你推銷自己，其目的是為了找到一份理想的工作。信中應(yīng)清楚地表明你所要申請(qǐng)的工作、你的能力及你能做些什么，形象地描述你的資格和取得的成就，把你自己以最佳的方式顯現(xiàn)在未來(lái)的雇主面前。

　　點(diǎn)評(píng)

　　專業(yè)的英文CV跟CL的制作都是用Palatino Linotype字體，由于新浪博客沒(méi)有這種字體，只能用Verdana代替，正文用斜體。以下是我的CL，基本的個(gè)人信息位于正文的右上角，包括姓名，聯(lián)系方式等，為了符合閱讀的方便性，電話號(hào)碼要斷開(kāi)，例如：135-6015-XXXX，方便人家撥打通知面試的時(shí)候。正文我習(xí)慣分成四段，嚴(yán)格來(lái)說(shuō)，只可以是三段，有點(diǎn)類似托福的作文。我的第一段是寒暄段，說(shuō)明一下自己從哪里獲得招聘信息跟自己的興趣;第二段結(jié)合公司要求概述一下自己的能力與專業(yè)水平;第三段概述選擇該公司的原因與考慮;第四段表達(dá)感謝與等待回復(fù)。聽(tīng)過(guò)Mckinsey的全球副總裁說(shuō)過(guò)在篩選Candidate的簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候，首先看的是CL，CL只看第一段，如果第一段有價(jià)值才繼續(xù)看第二段，如果第二段有價(jià)值，才看CV，最后確定Interview的shortlist.
