　　求職信的寫(xiě)作原則

　　語(yǔ)氣自然：語(yǔ)言和句子要簡(jiǎn)單明了。寫(xiě)信就像說(shuō)話一樣，語(yǔ)氣可以正式但不能僵硬。語(yǔ)言直截了當(dāng)，不要依靠詞典。

　　通俗易懂：寫(xiě)作要考慮讀者對(duì)象的知識(shí)背景，不要使用生僻詞語(yǔ)、專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)。

　　言簡(jiǎn)意賅：在重點(diǎn)突出、內(nèi)容完整的前提下，盡可能簡(jiǎn)明扼要，切忌面面俱到。

　　具體明確：不要使用模糊、籠統(tǒng)的字眼;多使用實(shí)例、數(shù)字等具體的說(shuō)明。
